19 June 2009 kindly advise the amendment given in AS 11 is applicable to only for those who are having foreigh branches and reserves or applicable to all companies

22 June 2009 The AS 11 as well as the amendment thereto is applicable to all companies to which the AS are mandated, if they have any foreign exchange transactions. It is applicable to companies who have foreign branche as well for incorporation of the results and position of branches in the company's books.It is not understood what is meant in the query as foreign reserves.
