Claming input tax paid on services

28 May 2012 can we claim service tax paid in input services against output service tax charged,like in case of vat itc is allowed.give me one exlample against any one taxable service ?

28 May 2012 Yes you can utilize the same. The only requirement is that credit can taken and utilized only if it is paid for using input services for provision of output services.
