Claim of tax not claimed in return

23 June 2016 Dear Sir/Madam,

For A.Y. 2009-10 Return was filed and Refund was claimed. However TDS credit was not given while processing U/s 143(1) and therefore Demand is being displayed online. Now I am writing letter to allow the claim of TDS as it is being displayed in 26 AS. While viewing 26 AS it came to my notice that Advance Tax was paid but was not claimed in Return of Income. I want to know that whether I can make claim of Advance Tax now or not.
