10 May 2010 If Mr. X gives his machinery on rent to Mr. Y, then who has got the right to claim depreciation in the Balance Sheet?

10 May 2010 Mr.X is having right to claim the depreciation except the leasing arrangment is only for finance arragement, in such case Mr.Y
