Claim for refund of my tds

28 March 2015 Dear Sir,

I am a tribal of arunachal pradseh and i have doing some work contract in private company at the time of billing they have deducted TDS amount from my bill but its exempted user the section of 10(26). How can i claim for the deducted TDS amount.

28 March 2015 You can file the Income Tax Return of the concerned year and claim refund of TDS deducted from you.
