07 May 2012 I am urgently required to Know about City Compensatory Allowances applicable for the Financial Year 2011-12 and 2012-13 ?

Could I pay the City Compensatory Allowances to employees whose gross salary exceeds Rs.5000/- or more ?

Please advice.
