My Mother had opened a Child Assurance Plan of My Niece. Since My Mother is not working I am paying Rs. 25,000 premium every year from My Bank Account by Cheque. Can I claim this amount for Tax Deduction under 80C or any other section of Income Tax. Pls. Advice.
