1)Get a company policy on this facility which gives light on, (i) list of employees eligible for this facility (ii)Whether any price limit fixed based on designation wise (iii)How many number of travels will be allowed per employee per year W.r.t. designation of employee.
Like wise prepare a data base with you
2)Supporting documents and validity of those
3)whether these payments approved by competent authority
4)Better to recommend the company to maintain a register for this facility and advise them to do record on timely manner so that we can get some track
5)Whether travel period is counted as leave in payroll
6)if he availed EL or CL or any other leaves whether proper updation is made in that records,
7)Just keep on thinking with this you can develop many points as you are well aware of your organization
