Kindly give me the checklist for in-principal approval from BSE for issue of Bonus Shares
i m not able to find it at site

02 June 2009 Dear Jalpa,

For this you have to write to Bombay Stock Exchange itself as it is not available online.

However, you can download the checklist of NSE from www.nseindia.com equity listing from there you will get major requirments.

If you need the requirment only BSE then you have to directly call in BSE.
