15 March 2013 I Want to set the Standard Operating Plan for Accounts department for the Current year. For this I need all the sub_departments within the Accounts department like Purchase accounting, sales accounting, sales tax accouting, income tax accounting, excise accounting, cash/bank accounting and general accounting. can anybody suggest what should be SOP for these all. Basicaaly, a written policy for all these chapters is required. can any body have this, please share.
