I am working in auditor off. we have one client, they are manufacturing moulding machines (medical) they are not charging ST to excise delear. whether we have to charge service tax to excise registered delar or not pls clarify and send me the provision.

Service Tax shall be charged when some taxable service shall be provided to some person. It is not clear from your question as what taxable service is to be provided by whom?
