If a company has a registered office in Chennai(Tamil Nadu) and manufacturing unit in Pondichery, where is the vat charged? In Pondichery or in TN.If sales are made in both the places.

If you dispatch the goods from podicherry against an invoice then UT of Pondy should get the tax.If you send some products to Chennai against 'F' form,then for dispatches made from Chennai against sale vat has to be paid to TN. ....mjk
