If a company changes its office from Puna to mumbai, is it required to obtain fresh ROC Certificate? And what are the procedural formalities in order to change the office of the Company from Puna to Mumbai.

The procedure shall be filing of petition under form 24AAA with Regional Director for changing of registered office from one state to another.
