Dear sir, I am a student of pcc.and i have apply ITT Classes In jan.My pcc attempt due on may'09. And Icai awarded to me august batch. but I can not attend this batch.and I have apply application for changing the Itt batch august to oct. but no reply by the institute. than what i do. please give me solution for this problem
