I'm studying ipcc ,I'll apply exams in may but recently I married is their any necessity to inform to icai for initial changing, or is it possible to continue with old initial

It depends on what initial you are going to keep after marriage in all the records if you are changing your initial then you need to update to ICAI

so will continue with my father's initial but
1. my husband as a government employee,he wants to change my adhar card,address and intial
and
2. my father given some land to me as a marriage gift now he wants to register on me
in these two cases what can I do
