I have got PAN prepared at Delhi Address. Now i am going to shift Ranchi & want to file return there. Can i file the same at Ranchi.
If no, how can i change ward?

u need to inform the old ITO that u r shifting to Ranchi & thus kindly shift my File to such & such ward of such & such Range
