If I change Registered office address from Dahisar west to Dahisar East in the same ROC than such change of Registered office Address is require to change in MA & AA. if such change is required than what will be proceedure.

01 February 2012 As per my view both Dahisar East and Dahisar West are in Mumbai, Mahastra.

Where change in within the same State and also within the same ROC then No change in MOA will require.

Conduct a Board Meeting and File E-Form 18.

Where change in AOA is required as AOA contains the exact address of company then

Conduct Board Meeting to call General Meeting

Dispath Notice of General Meeting with Explanatory Statement

Convene a General Meeting and Pass SR.

File E Form 23 within 30 days of passing SR with Altered AOA, Notice with Explanatory Statement and Resolution passed

File Eform 18 after E-Form 23.

Make necessary Changes in AOA and places where company's address is appearing
