When regestered office of private company has been change from Jamshedpur to Kolkata,than we have to inform Income Tax Officer or Authority about the changes.
is there prescribed format to inform the income tax officeer? is yes please post the draft latter format.

there is no such format for such. You can write simple letter to Jamsedput It office under whose jurisdictuion you are assessed, for transfer of record mentioning the ward no of kolkata under which jurisdiction your new address would fall. also send one copy to Chief commissioner of Income Tax of both Jamesdpur and kolkata. Attach with the letter a copy of ROC documents showing change of address
