28 November 2015 Kindly let me know the procedure & compliance for change of registered address of a Private Limited ( Small company) from Delhi to Gurgoan (Haryana).

Kindly Let me know one thing more that shifting of registered office from Delhi to Gurgoan ( Haryana ) will be treated in same state or other state . Since Gurgoan also comes in ROC -Delhi & Haryana region .
