in running bussiness in gst , can proprietor change, what will the treatment of fixed assets and stock . pl explain

First you can take new registration at new constitution of the company then transfer the all asset and liability from proprietorship unit to new unit.

Yes... I agreed to Mr Arun Kumar Singh...
We can't convet the proprietor business to another person...
The new person ll be take new RC and then can transfer / take over / buy the old one...
