If PAN number contains old Name of Individual (woman) and she has taken policy of new name (i.e. name changed after marriage). can she availed benefit of this new policy under old name u/s 80C.

On PAN No, name is not changed.

16 January 2014 Kindly update the name on PAN at the earliest though you will get deduction of premium paid in either old name or new name.
