one of our client is having registered office at New Delhi. Now it is to be shifted to Mumbai,Maharashtra. Directors have also passed resolution for the same. Now I need to file form no. 18 online.
My query is that, whether I have to pay any fees along with the same or have to make franking on the form ? If Yes, What will be the amount of franking ? & what will be the further procedure to be followed, if any ?

change of regd. office from one state to another can only be changed with the approval of company law board. first get approval and then the same shall be intimated to the ROC
