Change in postal address

21 May 2012 as i am a company registered under companies act 1956, changed my postal address. Should i need to communicate this with Income tax dept.(for Income Tax & TDS purpose)? What is the procedure for the same? Need guidance on same in brief

21 May 2012 First of all you have to make changes in ur PAN for the change of address.
