Our Company wishes to change the Company Secretary. Do we have to take prior approval or no-objection from the previous CS.

27 April 2010 I am not very sure but i dont think there is any provision like this. you can sack him without the approval from previous cs.

No Need to take any kind of NOC from the previous CS.
