change com. name vs change into pvt to public

28 May 2011 Dear Friends,

I want to change a company name and i also want to change its status from private to public. I know the procedure to convert and change the name of company.. i want to know what i will do first change company name or convert it from private to public.

please help me to come out from this situation.

first conversion then do name change,
both will take 21 days, Conversion easy.,
