i am a dealer i have sold goods in cform basis but my party is not giving cform wht to do

Once your customer does not issue the required C from you will have to pay full tax to the VAT department along with penalty and interest.You can issue a debit note to him and ask to pay the additional amount.Even,you can file acase gainst him to recover the excess charges....mjk
