19 September 2014 Dear Sir/Mam
I cleared ca ipcc both groups in nov 2013, i received marksheet of ipcc in feb, but still i dont receive the certificate, what should i do ?

19 September 2014 contact your regional branch personally.
If you don't get any response from them then contact your head office your zone.Do write a mail at e-sahayata portal.

20 September 2014 Mam, I have already reached my regional branch of icai...Well..thank u for ur suggestion...now i have asked about this from e-sahayata portal. Hope I'll get my answer soon. :)
