19 December 2009 I have a query that on which copy we shall avail cenvat credit
Suppose if all three copies have been lost what is the remedy available.
Shall we take credit based on the indemnity bond furnised by the supplier?

19 December 2009 normally cenvat is avail on the basis of trasport copy,

however there is no restriction of availment on other copy also

if call the copy is not available then credit can be taken,
