We are manufacture of biscuits and we use sugar,
Our question is can be avail cenvat credit of sugar cess as basic duty,if yes or not, please give us notification

You can take the cenvat credit if you have received the goods with duty paid invoice. You can take the cenvat credit on BED, Edu. Cess, HS. Cess.
