25 October 2010 whether prev yr telephone bill ST credit can be claimed this year?

Assessee is default in ST for last 2 years can he aval ST credit like telephone and credit on some input services now?

25 October 2010 to avail ST credit, there is no tme bar.

Assessee is in default has to pay penalty and interest for last 2 dues, however he can avail credit in current year.
