Please guide me regarding the admisibility of Cenvat Credit on Bank Charges and Commission and also Insurance Charges in case of Manufacturing Unit Liable to Excise Duty.

if Manufacturer registered with service tax then service tax cenvat credit can be take on all input service . like Bank charges, commission , insurance,
