17 May 2010 let me know, one supplier who become a delaer, have no excise registration. The gatepass comes thired parties (Which is mension Our Company Name as a Consignee in gatepass)

In Purchase Order also no mentioned Third Party Name.

Can we take the cenvat credit of these gatepass?
