07 October 2013 case: Advance payment made in sept.invoice received in oct and bal amt paid in oct.

Q: whether CENVAT credit should be availed in sept or oct for full amt.

OR
CREDIT should be availed partly in sept and partly in oct.



please help as soon as possible
