09 April 2010 Our client produce the product which is exempted under notification.

They sold the product in domestic as well as export.

MY QUESTION IS THAT we avail the credit or refund option for the input use in exported final product.
as mention in Rule 5 of CCR 2004

14 April 2010 You can get refund under rule-5 for the duty involved in the inputs of the exported goods.

For taking credit you have to follow rule-6 of CCR 2004.
