One of our client had branches all over India, having different Service Tax Registration. Now the company wants to have centralized registration in New Delhi Head Office. Kindly tell (as per service tax act/rules etc) that the cenvat credit standing in all the branches & HO will be transfered to the new Centralized registration?
Your enquiry is not clear. The cenvat credit standing in all the branches cannot be transferred to HO, Infact from HO it can be transferred to HO. If branches have to transfer to HO, then they will have to seek registration under ISD provisions. Usually HO transferrs the amount to branches for utilisation. If you do not wish to accumulate credit at branches then all Invoices of service provider to be raised on New HO and payment to be made from HO. You need to cover all the branches under the new regisgtration. If you need the format of application for Centralised registration do write back with your personal email id.

Thanks Mr. Dayal for the reply. But as per your opinion the credit of the branches will be lost on taking centralized registration. Kindly also mail me the form at " sethsuchit_ca@rediffmail.com".
