Under reverse charge cenvat credit is availed on basis of GAR-7 challan on payment of servicetax ,Hence payment to service provider is irrelevant .

Thank you Sir, one more dought Suppose Contract value 100000 -Not paid to supplier ST RCM 14000 -Remmitted to Dept Both are advance payments. if service cancelled without execution what will be the impact of Service Tax & Cenvat Credit
