16 June 2014 please tell me whether there are any ceiling limit imposed for holding extraordinary general meeting of the shareholder in the particular year under the newly incorporated company act, 2013.

16 June 2014 No there is nothing like ceiling limit in companies act, 2013. EGM can be called at any time as per the need of the company.
