Any amount above Rs.10000 cannot be paid in cash. The salary of driver can be transferred to his bank account. Capital asset in any form more than Rs.250000 cannot be given in cash.
Pls quote section under wich its probited .( i.e. Prohibition r elated to my question of payment by a salaied individual who doesn't claim any deduction fm business or profession)
