In a Private Limited co. how much cash in hand always should be in hand and we can withdraw cash for sundry expense.

You Should Have Cash atleast to Current ratio of 2:1
Quick Ratio of 1:1

there are no rules exists how much money should be with drawn. I dont think your current ratio changes if you have the money either in your hand or u keep in banks. now a days net banking facilities are available. and e payament is in place. so one can think abount keeping of the money in hand. it differs from the nature of the compnay to other companies.
but my peer sugusted current ratio. this also one should keep in mind while spending money.
