I would like to know about that how much cash we can spend in a day for company expenses according to balance sheet.

30 June 2016 for that you cannot make payment for exp. to any person exceeds Rs. 20000/- in day.
otherwise exp. will be disallowed. but you can buy fixed assets in cash.
