18 March 2010 Payment of Rs.30000 in a single day and to same person but against two seperate bills of Rs. 15000, whether disallowed or not?

40A(3) is applicable in respect of
"AN EXPENDITURE" in excess of 20000 , in the given case payment is made for 2 different bill , hence allowed expenditure
