04 October 2011 Can anbody provide me latest judgement on exemption of Service tax on construction for government i.e. CPWD for non commercial purpose. Please quote judgements on this topics

04 October 2011 unless CPWD provide any specific exemption certificate obtained from department, service tax is applicable.
