09 May 2015 Is there any penalty u/s 271(1)(c) for bugus purchase and Is there any case law related to penalty u/s 271(1)(c) for bogus purchase.

10 May 2015 penalty should be applicable in such cases as bogus purchases would amount to misrepresentation of facts and falsification of books.
