CARO is Company (Auditor's Report) Order, 2003 issued under section 227(4A) of the companies act. After introduction of CARO apart from the general Auditor's Report, the auditor is also required to include a statement on the matters specified in CARO. It is an supplementary statement apart from main audit report.
