With the implementation of companies act,2013 role of ICWA has decreased slightly whereas the role of CS has increased.So better go for CS.

If u decided to do icwai do it.. . . Icwai also have good scope..you can do cs course simultaneously..along with icwai if u can manage...

CMA's (ICWA) has very bright prospects. CS also has very bright prospect but its job market is not as vast. I will suggest to CMA and after its completion go for CS to avail the exemption benefit in some papers.
