What is the definition and list of Capital Goods and Consumable Goods.

29 June 2010 Capital goods are those goods which are used for more than 1 year and these are used for the production of products or in other words capital goods are fixed assets.

Whereas consumable goods are those goods which are used in the production of products. In other words these goods are consumed in the production cycle. These goods are fully utilised during 1 year only. For instance in factories tools are consumables
