Husband and wife both own a piece of land each independently. Wife sells her piece of land and wants to give her husband the money to construct a house on the piece of land which is registered in his name. Wife wants to know how to avoid paying LTCG tax while helping in construction of the house. Please provide alternative solutions. Thanks
