i sold a plot in dlf which was purchased in1990. all payments were made up to1990 but conveyance deed wa s executed in 2002 and possession recd thereto. during the period2002-17 i had night watchmanemployed, his temp house constructed and build boundary wall to save from encroachment my query is whether expdr incurred overnightwatchman and compound wall etc to save prpoerty from illegal encroachment can be included in improvement or not
