My father purchased House property in the year June 1991.

He sold it in the month of april 2011.
Advance money receieved in March 2011 of 4 lacs.
Bal amt in the month of April 2011.
Sale deed registered in the month of April 2011.

Pls help me the Coct inflation index applicable for year of transfer..
