hiiii
m about to sell plot(land) its about 5400sqft n the rate is about 600. I aquired it in 1980. I don want to pay any capital gain tax. So what should i do in this. M about to construct a house of about 1600sq feet. Again i need to invest some amount then wer shld i invest it.

you have to invest net consideration on purchase or construction of house or you can in bonds of REC & NHAI.
